The new Sage Customer Portal is here!

If you haven't logged in to your Customer Portal account lately, then now is the perfect time. We've given the Customer Portal a bit of a make-over to make your online experience more rewarding. After logging in to your account at https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/portal/anonymous/login, you should see Sage Pro ERP as the default product. If Sage Pro ERP is not displayed, simply choose Enterprise Resource Planning from the drop-down menu of Select Solution and then choose the box for Sage Pro ERP.

Once on the main page for Sage Pro ERP, you will be able to access the most popular resources and files from the Customer Portal. Solve a common problem; access hotfixes; download product updates, patches, and application files; review documentation, release materials, and related product info; open a support case online; contact support, and more.

If you don't currently have a Customer Portal account, then now is the perfect time to sign up for one online at https://customers.sagenorthamerica.com (choose the first option to Sign Up for a Customer Portal User Account in the "Where Do I?" section).

So whether you have a new or an existing Portal account, sign in and experience the re-designed Sage Customer Portal today!
